Massa Finally Showed Some Muscle

The European Grand Prix produced plenty of interesting things to watch out for in the coming weeks and races to come. Here are some:

  1. Raikkonen (more and more) shows that he lacks either the quickness or the desire to compete with Massa and Hamilton.
  2. Massa finally showed some muscle while dominating the qualifying and the race, never relinquishing the race lead he had from the start.
  3. F1 is like a procession of expensive cars. No overtaking maneuvers were done during the entire race except for the one Coulthard pulled over a Honda car and the front runners lapping the bottom dwellers.
  4. Vettel is the next big superstar.
  5. Spanish circuits are jinx to Alonzo. Or Alonzo is a jinx to any Spanish circuits?
  6. Ferrari should concentrate their resources on supporting Massa. Kimi should be relegated to number two driver status because of his poor showing the whole season.
  7. Schumacher should come out of retirement and pair up again with Massa next season if Ferrari can’t get Alonzo’s services. Or maybe try to steal Trulli from Toyota.
  8. Ferrari’s pit crew looked too much under pressure to perform better producing several mistakes during the pit stops of both Kimi and Massa.
  9. How about that gang sign (? devil’s horn) Massa kept on flushing after the race? Weird eh.

  2. I just want to help you out on the last point. The “devils horn” is the pinkie and the index finger. What Massa showed are sign language for I love you.

  3. Trulli never will drive a Ferrari, you know the team never contract an italian driver, Enzo legacy…

  4. Hi! I was surfing and found your blog post… nice! I love your blog. 🙂 Cheers! Sandra. R.
